We all know what it feels like when something just feels off.

My work is focused on helping the body regulate, recover, and heal by working with the nervous system and the body’s natural communication networks.

Using acupuncture, electrical stimulation, and a whole-body approach to physiology, I help calm overactive stress responses, reduce pain signaling, improve circulation, support recovery, and encourage healthier nervous system function.

For some people, that means relief from chronic pain, migraines, tension, or orthopedic issues.

For others, it means better sleep, less anxiety, improved energy, nervous system regulation, or support through complex chronic conditions.

Rather than simply chasing symptoms, the goal is to understand what may be driving the pattern—and help the body shift toward better function, resilience, and healing.

Because when the system communicates better, healing becomes possible.
